One crew member on board the Fu Xin submitted a complaint that matched the following ILO forced labor indicators: abuse of vulnerability, deception, restriction of movement, physical and sexual violence, intimidation and threats, withholding of wages, abusive working and living conditions, and excessive overtime.
2. The Fu Xin disabled its

    for 1,033.55 hours (43.06 days) in the Southeastern Pacific Ocean between August 2018 and October 2019.
3. The Fu Xin disabled its

    for 238.83 hours (9.95 days) in the Argentine Sea in February 2019.
