      1. The Long Xiang 602 was penalized by Ghana authorities for illegally dumping fish at sea and engaging in unauthorized transshipment in 2018 and fined 602,000 Ghanaian Cedis (US$122,855). Crew reported in 2020 that they were not given written contracts, their wages were unpaid and that conditions on board were unsanitary. In 2019, a Ghanaian crew member died after falling overboard and being struck by the vessel's propeller.
