      1. 29 Filipino crew from the Han Rong 362, 366 and 369 were left stranded on board by their employer when the boats they were working on ceased operations in May 2021 and Covid restrictions stranded the ships in southeastern China. The Philippines Department of Foreign Affairs arranged for six of the crew members to be repatriated in December 2021. The crew said they were not paid their wages.
